Providing a consistent, accurate, and informative details of the ongoing projects throughout the village ensures a stronger and engaged community. Addressing professional and coordinated communication on a timely matter is essential to both quality customer service and maintaining a positive image for our community.
Develop a marketing and communications plans that outlined goals and tactics for reaching Steger residents, businesses, while reaching commercial sectors outside of the village while making Steger residents the highest priority.
Update the village’s current social media Website/Facebook pages to ensure technology advancements and upgrades, such as streaming videos, and information are up to date. Enhancing the Village’s website will provide increased information and a convenience for Steger residents, businesses and village employees.
Newsletter – Provide an electronic quarterly newsletter to showcase the important service and program information, including articles about policy decisions, longer-term strategic village initiatives, economic development, as well as other community programs.
Addressing the marketing and communication needs will provide a clear detail of the village’s message of our obligation to be open, honest, and accountable to our citizens of Steger.
